Hi, I'm Michael.

I'm a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, educator, and lifelong student of human growth and wellbeing. My passion is helping people reconnect with themselves, create sustainable change, and build lives that feel more aligned with who they truly are.

Over the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of supporting people through seasons of growth, challenge, transition, and self-discovery. Through that work, I've learned something important:

Most people don't need more information.

They need space.

Space to reflect. Space to be heard. Space to understand themselves more deeply. Space to reconnect with what matters most.

That's what coaching provides.

Why I Do This Work

  • Like many people, I've experienced seasons where life felt overwhelming, uncertain, or disconnected from what I truly valued.

    I've learned firsthand that meaningful change rarely comes from willpower alone. It comes from self-awareness, compassion, consistent action, and having support along the way.

    Coaching allows me to help others uncover their own answers, challenge limiting beliefs, build confidence, and create lasting change that feels authentic—not forced.

    My goal isn't to tell you how to live your life.

    My goal is to help you understand yourself well enough to create a life that genuinely feels like your own.

  • I take a holistic approach to coaching that honors the whole person.

    Together, we'll explore the connection between your body, mind, spirit, relationships, habits, values, and goals. Rather than focusing on one isolated problem, we'll look at the bigger picture of who you are and what you want your life to become.

    My coaching style is compassionate, supportive, and honest.

    You can expect a space free from judgment, where you can show up exactly as you are while also being challenged to grow into who you're becoming.

    I believe every person already possesses strengths, wisdom, and potential within them. Sometimes we simply need help seeing it clearly.
